Who this is designed for

The Health Check is for independent restaurant, café, and bar operators who want to understand where their venue stands before committing to a consultation.

It is accurate if you answer honestly. The scoring engine runs the same formula behind the Yield Audit — you are self-reporting rather than being externally assessed, which is one of the data points the engine accounts for.

You are the owner or primary operator of the venue
The venue has been trading for at least 6 months
You operate 1–3 venues (not a chain or franchise)
You are based in NSW (priority) or interstate Australia

Results by email

Your scored report is delivered within minutes. It includes your total Health Check score, your domain breakdown, and a next step recommendation matched to your band.

Your choice

The report is yours to keep. There is no automatic follow-up call scheduled. If you want to talk about what the score means, the booking link is in the report.

If the score warrants it

If your result is Critical or At Risk, you will receive a direct note from Christopher with a clear recommendation. No automated sales sequence — a direct message.

Your email address is used to deliver your results. It is held in accordance with the Yield Hospitality Advisory Privacy Policy — no marketing is sent without your consent. You can request deletion at any time by emailing christopher@yieldha.com.au.
