Why sequence matters

Individual Sharpen modules are designed to be surgical. But some venues have interconnected problems — a cost blowout that's related to a roster problem, or a service gap that's compounded by a menu that's too complex to execute consistently.

When multiple domains are in play, the sequence in which they're fixed matters. The Triangulation Engine defines that sequence. The Full Build respects it.

Two dependency rules are always applied:
Cost Floor (D2) before Capture (D5)
There is no point improving marketing until the cost of serving more customers is under control.
Roster (D4) before The Standard (D3)
Consistency of service cannot be trained into a team whose roster doesn't support it.
