Each Sharpen module is between 3 and 5 hours of structured facilitation — part working session, part co-build. By the end, you and Christopher have built the tool together. You know how to use it, why it works, and what to monitor.
Modules are typically sequenced following an Audit. They can also be purchased standalone if the gap is already identified.
